Villa Capri is a luxurious house of the unrivalled Eden Park Complex located in the largest Bulgarian seaside resort, Sunny Beach. Villa Capri has monumental classical architectural design. It has solemn and respectable appearance which, however, is not in conflict with the Mediterranean spirit which permeates each corner of the building. The unbelievable feeling of timelessness and easiness reigns in each room of this house.
Through the impressive entrance to the house you get into the spacious living room. The living space and the kitchen are in an open space ensemble with areas for dining, relaxation, and entertainment, and a fireplace. To the west of the living room is a veranda to which one gets through large French windows. The veranda is roofed by an imposing shade, which makes it a unique transitional passage between the living room and the garden, suitable for formal dinners and sophisticated parties. The house comprises three double bedrooms. Two of them share a common bathroom, and the main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious parlour accessible through the large one-vehicle garage. The furnishings are really elegant, with custom-made furniture. The interior is made up of fine natural materials, natural limestone, and wood. The living room and two of the bedrooms face the backyard garden of the house and the pool. The large swimming pool tiled with limestone lies in the centre of the garden and is immediately adjacent to the veranda. The garden is planted profusely with exotic trees and flowers with space for deckchairs around the pool and an alcove.
