Its location is privileged due it is in the natural park of Sierra Helada in the Albir area. It is important to mention its privacy and first-line situation with natural rock steps that leads directly a private beach (due to it is possible to access only from the villa or from the sea).
In the Villa there are build two accommodations with a modern and functional architecture, with 500 sqm (over a 5.350 sqm land) and 225 sqm (5.150 sqm land). They can be sold join or separately.
