Rent a villa class "luxury" with 3 bedrooms and swimming pool, in one of the luxurious residences in the Dominican Republic - Tortuga Bay, Punta Cana Resort & Club.
On the first floor:
Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one Queen and two Twin beds), living room, dining area, guest bathroom, kitchen, laundry area, maid's room with bathroom, large covered terrace, private swimming pool, BBQ area, covered parking for two cars.
On the second floor:
The master bedroom room (King size bed), bathroom with jacuzzi, a dressing room, a large outdoor terrace.
All rooms are air-conditioned. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary electrical appliances. It has everything what you need for a comfortable stay (towels, linens, dishes, etc.).
Territory of the complex is guarded 24/7. There is a Casa Club, golf club in the area of residence and much more. The complex has it’s own beach with sunbeds. The beach is located a 7-10 minute walk distance from the villa. 10 minutes by car will bring you to the infrastructure (supermarket, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, banks, International School and Punta Cana International Airport).
Rent for up to 1 months:
Internet, TV, electricity, water, maintenance - are included in the rental price.
Security deposit (refundable, payment at the moment of entrance) - 2 000 USD
Cleaning fee (paid once per stay, payment at the moment of entrance) – 200 USD
Price per person in excess of the 6 pers. – 30 USD per person/day. (Pay at the entrance)
Minimum rental period - 3 days
Rent price:
1 day - 900 USD.
1 week (7 days) – 600 USD/day
Rent for a period 12 months:
Maintenance facilities - included in the rental price.
Electricity, water, gas - are paid by the meter.
Security deposit (refundable, payment at the entrance) - 9 000 USD
Cleaning fee (paid once per stay, payment at the moment of entrance) – 200 USD
Rent cost – 4 500 USD/month.
Additional services:
- Daily cleaning of the villa (including washing clothes) – 100 USD
