Since you will spend most of the day outdoors, the large veranda with the large infinity pool (width: 14m length: 5.30m maximum depth: 2.8m) and pool bar are there for you. The pool bar is actually an entire outdoor kitchen with full scale barbeque, fridge, sink and everything else you need to prepare a good meal with sea view!
The 3 bedrooms of the villa are on the ground floor of the villa which is underground to the hill side but large French doors provide sea view from the bed. This design guarantees cool temperatures for a rejuvenating sleep and makes the existing air-conditioning fairly unnecessary. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and they are all very spacious.
The Studio
A studio with a double bed, kitchenette and small living-area is also part of the villa and can be used for live-in staff or accompanying guests that like to have their own private space. Compared to the rest of the villa, which is of outstanding beauty, the studio is not the most impressive but of course it is absolutely tidy and functional.
