As a renowned and well-known fish restaurant we have on average a well-visited restaurant, on the weekends a very well visited restaurant. By a contract with a nearby electrical company, our hotel is charged 85% all year round. The economic conditions are therefore very good.

Unfortunately, we have already gotten into the years as operator. Health has also suffered under the work in the catering sector over the long time. Now we would like to go to earned retirement and would like to pass on our company to younger hands or investors. Since our children have done or done other studies in Germany and abroad, they are not interested in the continuation of the parental enterprise.
