The hotel was built in 2002 and has not been repaired since. The hotel is located on a plot of 1.500 sq.m. on the first line in 5 meters from the magnificent sandy beach. The total area of the hotel is 1.005 sq.m. On the ground floor there are all technical rooms: a laundry room, staff rooms, storerooms and a boiler room. On the second and third floors there are 15 studio apartments, fully equipped and furnished, as well as 4 two-bedroom apartments. The hotel has a reception, a restaurant and an access to the pool. The hotel is equipped with home appliances.
