Gura Raului (German: Auendorf) is a commune in Sibiu County, Transylvania, Romania, at the foothills of the Cindrel Mountains, 20 km west of the county capital Sibiu, the international airport Sibiu, the E 81 european road, and 2 ski slopes located in the nearby in the Paltinis mountains.
The property is surrounded by a 3600 sqm land, and the cibin river in the backyard,
The construction has a 500 sqm footprint with a total of 1150 sqm composed as following: a 56 sqm entry lobby, a 100 sqm restaurant with a 45 sqm kitchen, 10 double bedrooms(18 sqm), each with a balcony, 14 bathrooms, a 35 sqm conference room, q 55 sqm brick&stone wine cellar and about 9 storage units. Besides the 1150 sqm, there is an attic with concrete stairs acces at the 3rd floor (about 300 sqm) with another 6 rooms that can be arranged if it is desired.
The buiding initial purpose was a 3 floor guesthouse but it can be easily converted in a old foster care or a recovery clinic.
The guesthouse is built with a project and with all the legal authorisations from the local authorities and it is private administrated by our family.
