Our apartment is located in the center of Özlüce, Nilüfer. Özlüce is a modern neighborhood in Nilüfer, that is the modernest county in Bursa. And also Bursa is a city so close to İstanbul (1 and half hour away). In the near of apartment there are subway stations, supermarkets, restaurants, cafe&bars, hospital, schools and walking trails.
In our apartment there are fitness saloon, wide security and janitor. Apartment has two bedroom and a saloon, seperate kitchen with basic goods such as dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, built-in cooker and an aspirator. There is a great view with small river. It has a green environment.
The apartment can be rented for 500 € per month.
