Dear Sirs and Madames,
I sell a plot of about 1.000 m2 in Greece near the sea in a very good location. On foot it is about 3-4 minutes to the beach (see pictures).

The property is located south of Thessaloniki on the middle finger on the Sithonia, near Sykia (Beach). It is generally quiet and of course, there of course, because the region is separated from the north by a large nature reserve (green, hilly forest!). One comes primarily only on the two coastal roads in the region. Nevertheless, there is a very good infrastructure there.

The Sykia-Beach / Pigadaki region lies between the two top holiday destinations (Sarti and Kalamitsi), and it is only a matter of time before real estate and land prices reach Sarti levels there (10-20x prices). It is also a very good investment.
The tourism figures in Greece continued to grow well this year and currently have record levels.

Currently there is on the land an older 8 m long caravan (eg as a tool shed, but also good for living - 2 living areas, kitchen plumbing, etc.) with solar power, a fence, a drilled water well (with pump), an underground, large sewage pit, some young Fruit trees and electricity pylons (outside the fence) for an electrical power connection there. The mobile reception is very good.

Next to the property is a paved secondary road in the direction of the beach. Vis a vis, across the street, and behind, there are still no neighbors with houses. To the left and right of it (along the road) there are more holiday homes (see Google Maps).

The plot is slightly higher (0.5 m), making it completely dry (even in heavy rainfall).

If you stand at the very back of the property, you can see the sea. That is, if you had a 1st or 2nd floor, you would have a wonderful sea view and also Mount Athos.

This year, the formal, full building permit and the connection to the public water and sewage network is to come. Everything is ready and in the making. The price would then increase by about € 100,000.

But you can already put up a (holiday) house, with a corresponding substructure (cross sections or similar). We would also offer this (if desired) according to the customer's wishes. Holiday homes would cost between about € 50,000 and € 100,000, depending on size and quality.
