Tuylenovo is a resort located near Albena and Balchik (25km) and north of Varna city (60km). It is also one of the few places left on the Black Sea coastline which is famous for its untouched nature, peacefulness, beautiful sea views, magnificent underwater caves and rock formations, which makes it a desirable holiday destination for many tourists both in the summer and winter seasons.
The complex is positioned in the center of the resort and is also close to the main road connecting cities Shabla and Kavarna, which provides it with a constant flow of people. It includes a hotel and a guest house, a restaurant, a minimarket and a beautiful large garden with lots of flora.
The 4-story hotel has a basement level with 3 premises (20m2 each) which are used as storage/maintenance rooms. The ground floor includes a restaurant with a kitchen, another storage room, and a male and female restrooms. Here we also have the mini market which has its own entrance and two additional storage rooms at the back. The restaurant meets all requirements imposed by the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency in order to be able to operate accordingly. It also has a capacity for 65 people (35 inside and 30 outside), an individual entrance for deliveries, a large kitchen with modern equipment meant to be able to support a big and diverse menu. The second floor of the hotel has 4 studio apartments (20m2) with panoramic terrace (25 m2) and a beautiful view of the Black Sea. On the third floor, we have situated another three studio apartments (32 m2) with large panoramic terrace (25 m2) and an area with a fireplace where visitors can make barbeque and enjoy the spectacular views of the sea with a glass of wine.
The guest house includes 4 separate apartments. Three of the apartments include its own bathroom, a kitchenette and a bedroom for two adults plus additional upstairs sleeping area for kids. The fourth apartment has three separate rooms - a kitchen with a living room(plus a fireplace with radiators in each room which heat up fast and warm up the whole apartment in the cold seasons) a bedroom with upstairs storage area, a smaller bedroom for one person and a bathroom. The guest house also includes a large porch, overlooking the beautiful garden, equipped with a fireplace and a sitting area where people can prepare and enjoy meals. The yard of the complex is well arranged with exotic and typical for the area flowers and trees, equipped with resting areas where people can enjoy their morning coffee or afternoon tea. We have a parking place with a capacity for around 10 vehicles inside the complex and large additional area for more vehicles just outside of it.
